FormCerts

Certificates for Google Forms

Google Forms certificates that actually get delivered.

FormCerts emails a PDF certificate the moment someone submits your form or passes your quiz. Sent from our mail servers, not your Gmail, so there's no daily send cap to hit, and every certificate carries a QR code for instant verification.

01

Add FormCerts to your Google Form

Install the add-on from the Google Workspace Marketplace and connect it to any form or quiz.

02

Pick a design

Start from a built-in design or upload your own background from Canva or Slides, then place the name, course, date and score fields.

03

Certificates send themselves

When someone submits (or passes your quiz), they get a PDF certificate by email with a QR code anyone can scan to verify it.

Questions

Does FormCerts send from my Gmail?
No. Certificates go out from FormCerts' own mail servers, so they don't count against your Gmail daily sending limit. Replies go to your address.
What does the QR code do?
It opens a public page showing whether the certificate is valid or revoked, who it was issued to, and when. Every plan includes it.
Can I only send certificates to people who pass?
Yes. For quizzes you can set a pass mark in points or percent. Responses below it are recorded but don't receive a certificate.
What Google data can FormCerts see?
Only the form you install it on and the answers you map onto the certificate. FormCerts doesn't access your Drive, Gmail or other forms. See the privacy policy for details.
